Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Custom orders (like banners or magnets) may take longer and will be quoted at the time of order.
Local Pickup
*LIMITED AVAILABILITY* in the Mid-City Los Angeles area (90018) & Corona area (92878). Pickup times will be scheduled once payment is received.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. The Cali Craft Shop is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
Our coloring books are designed for children ages 3 and up. Not intended for children under 3 due to small parts (coloring pencils and stickers) which may pose a choking hazard.
Adult supervision is recommended during use. The Cali Craft Shop is not responsible for misuse of products.
